Do you sell internationally ?
Unfortunately, at the moment, we can only sell 'digital images' internationally, we are working to get that sorted asap.
Are the prints framed or unframed ?
All prints sold online are unframed. If you want canvas or framed prints, please use the category 'Wall Art'' where you'll find 'Canvas' and 'Framed Prints' categories. Multiple sizes available.
What happens if my order arrived damaged ?
If there are any issues with the order that has been delivered (i.e. damaged products, misprinted product, lost delivery), contact us within 30 days and we will reprint it free of charge.
That being said, we are not able to refund or replace orders that were fulfilled as placed. We urge you to preview your images to ensure that all customizable features are to your liking before placing the order. These features include image resolution, exposure, spelling, grammar, positioning of text, orientation/cropping of images, and other services such as paper choice and finish options.
How ''Digital Downloads'' are fullfiled ?
Downloads are automatically delivered via a secure link upon purchase.
